The hair over the right side of your face is to wild and takes away from the well posed, attractive, shot that it almost was. I would say it's the one piece next to your mouth. It removes the solid frame of your face that was there and hides part of your lips in a negative way. The wind can be a pain, I know, if that was causing any problems shooting. Other then that you look good in the outfit and the background blur leaves you the dominant piece and undistracted.
